Domestic Shipping
All orders within the United States are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground. Express options are available at checkout for urgent builds.
International Shipping
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International orders are handled by DHL Express to ensure your fragile headlights arrive safely and quickly.
Processing Times
Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within **24-48 hours** (Monday - Friday). Custom-built headlight units or special orders may take 5-7 business days for assembly and testing before dispatch.
Shipping Rates
- **FREE Standard Shipping** on all orders over $200 (USA Only).
- Flat-rate shipping of $15 for orders under $200.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Tracking Your Order

Shipping Protection
Every shipment from Ultimate Beams is fully insured. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
